A Residential Park
Architecture and design
of the homes in Algiers Riverpoint will be borrow heavily from the
traditions and history of Historic Algiers Point.
No garages or carports
are allowed on the front elevation of the homes.
Fences
shall conform to the architectural style of the
dwelling.
There will be one design for
the mailboxes throughout the Community.

All shutters installed on
the homes are required to be operable.
There shall be sidewalks
throughout the Algiers Riverpoint.
All homes will be raised
a minimum of twenty (20) inches from the finish lot grade.
Paint color selections shall be compatible with the general
appearance of the neighborhood. Traditional
period lighting shall be required on the exteriors of the homes,
exception that recessed lighting on the front porches is acceptable.
All homes within the
residential park are required to have some form of front porch.
Porch widths shall be proportional to the overall design of the
